I have been a doula off and on for the past three years. Being a doula isn’t my full-time job… yet. However, I stay up to date on everything birth-work. If someone needs me to be a doula I am there. 34% less likely to rate their birth negatively

28% less likely to have a cesarean birth 

9% less likely to use pain meds 

31% less likely to use meds to speed up labor
